Liberty baby cord milleraies velvet 100% soft and light cotton.

Elasticated waistband with small flounce, wide flounce at the bottom highlighted by velvet piping and fancy rolled bottom. Knee length.

All our children's skirts are adjustable thanks to two elasticated buttonholes placed inside the waistband on each side.

Liberty velvets being quite rare, the quantities available are very limited.
